These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nytrix Vault AI platform, website, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all referenced policies.
To use Nytrix Vault AI, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction), legally capable of entering binding contracts, and not prohibited from using such services under applicable laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with your local laws and regulations.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account. You must notify Nytrix Vault AI immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach.
Nytrix Vault AI is a technology platform providing AI-powered market analysis tools, automated trading bots, data-driven signals, and educational resources. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial institution. Trade execution is performed by regulated third-party broker partners.

While Nytrix Vault AI employs advanced quantum-inspired algorithms and AI technology, no trading system, algorithm, or strategy can guarantee profits or prevent losses. Signal accuracy, bot performance, and analytical outputs may vary based on market conditions. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or profitability of any tools or analysis.
A minimum deposit of $250 is required to activate trading features. Deposits and withdrawals are processed through our verified broker partners in accordance with their policies and applicable regulations. Processing times may vary. Nytrix Vault AI does not hold client funds directly.

All content, software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Nytrix Vault AI Platform are our intellectual property or used under licence. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
The Platform integrates with third-party broker partners, payment processors, and service providers. These operate under their own terms and conditions. Nytrix Vault AI is not responsible for their actions, policies, or performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nytrix Vault AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, trading opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nytrix Vault AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Nytrix Vault AI may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, regulatory requirements, or any reason deemed necessary to protect the Platform and its users. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Nytrix Vault AI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Nytrix Vault AI operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
